Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Fencing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of fencing types—including wood, barbed wire, chain link, and drill pipe—while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Please note: Some projects may require traveling and staying out of town, including camping on remote mountain or rural fence lines for the duration of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install various types of fences (wood, barbed wire, chain link, drill pipe, etc.) according to project specifications

• Measure and mark fence lines and post locations

• Dig post holes, mix and pour concrete, and set posts securely

• Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and accessories

• Ensure all work is level, secure, and meets safety standards

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

• Communicate with customers and team members in a professional, courteous manner

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

• Be prepared for occasional travel and overnight stays on location, including camping in remote areas as needed

Requirements:

• Prior fencing experience preferred

• Knowledge of fence materials and installation techniques

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

• Comfortable working outdoors on uneven terrain, including mountainous and rural areas

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Willingness to travel and stay overnight on job sites when required
